Slaughterhouse and tanning waste disposal assembly

In assembly to process waste from slaughtering and tanning, the fresh waste dropping into the loading chamber (1.3) is caught and ground by pairs of blade and saw rollers (1.1).Special cutter carriers (2.4) are within the holding container, pitched towards the container centre to about 10% of the original height. Sharp carrier edges are formed radially between the separate segments (2.4). Blade carriers (2.5) are within the inner dia zone of the container, between the conveyor cutter spirals (2.3) so that each is displaced by 120 deg on a theoretical dia projection. The blade carrier (2.5) gap is about half the pitch of two neighbouring conveyor cutter spirals (2.3). On rotation of the holding container in the filling direction, the blade carrier (2.5) has an increasing penetration depth into the filled mass, where the height of the blade carrier (2.5) is up to 40% of the inner dia of the holding container.The pressure and cutting pressure are applied on the blade carrier (2.5) and the cutter carrier (2.4) through the inherent mass of the filling, and, additionally, a further force component is applied by the carrier (2.6) to rotate the filled mass in the direction of container rotation and be lifted for increased kinetic energy to strike against the lower cutters. The carrier (2.6) is radially between two cutter carriers (2.4) to give an angular offset of at least 45 deg on a theoretical dia projection and, on container rotation, the carrier height matches the max level of the filled mass within the container as a min.
