<p>A compound of formula (I) or a tautomeric form thereof and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof, wherein: A1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclyl group; A2 represents a benzene ring having three optional substituents; R?1 and R2¿ each independently represents hydrogen or R1 together with R2 represents a bond; R?3 and R4¿ each independently represents a nitrile group or a group of formula: -COR5 wherein R5 represents hydroxy, alkoxy, alkyl, aryl or a group of formula: -NR6R7 wherein R?6 and R7¿ each independently represents hydrogen or alkyl or R?6 and R7¿ together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached form a heterocyclic ring; X represents NR wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an acyl group, an aralkyl group wherein the aryl moiety may be substituted or unsubstituted, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; and n represents an integer in the range of from 2 to 6; a process for the preparation of such a compound, a pharmaceutical composition comprising such a compound and the use of such a compound and composition in medicine.</p> |
