<p>There is proposed a sanitary device capable of preventing AIDS and venereal diseases without allowing the humor of a woman and the sperm of a man to contact the bodies and mucosal tunics of sexual partners, and serving as a safe contraceptive device. The invention is characterized in that an extendable material (1) is provided thereon with a slack portion (2), and therearound with an adhesive portion (3).
