The method includes a 1st step of mixing LiCl 45 wt.% with a CaCl2 55 wt.% to melt and cool to be pulverized for grain size classification; a 2nd step of mixing 1st step product 56 wt.% with SiO2 7 wt.% to melt and cool to be pulverized for grain size classification; and a 3rd step of mixing 2nd step product 63 wt.% with CaCrO4 37 wt.% to melt and cool to be pulverized for grain size classification; press-molding the final grain product into pellets to obtain heat pellets.
