Dampers (11,16) are provided between the tension arms (1,2) and between at least one of the tension arms and a component (6) which is immovable. Common movements of the tension arms are now dampened weakly whilst relative movements of the tension arms relative to each other are dampened relatively strongly. The tension arms can swivel about an axis. At least one friction sleeve acting between the tension arms swivels about the axis (6) and is additionally in friction contact with this axis.
