Mule with toe cap and foot support

The heel support (4) is detachably joined to the sole (2), toe-cap (3) and remainder (6) of the mule (1). A sliding clasp fastener runs between the bottom edge of the heel support and the sole part, as far as the toe cap.The front ends (11) of the heel support are joined to the toe cap. The heel support and sole part are joined by press-studs, buttons, or hooked pile fastener strip. The ends of the heel support reaching the toe cap are each additionally connected to the mule's other parts by a pivot link (9, 10).
