<p>A pre-filled, sterile delivery device (50) having a housing portion (52) containing a fluid filled internal area (76) and a passageway (66) which is continuous with and in direct communication with the fluid filled internal area in the housing portion. A sealed tip portion (68), which if no nozzle is present, may extend outwardly from and be directly attached to housing portion having score means (70) adjacent to the sealed tip portion for breaking the sealed tip portion off the delivery device to form an outlet through which the fluid contained in the fluid filled internal area may be expelled.
