A stable plastisol comprising 100 parts by weight of polymer particles dispersed in 50-200 parts by weight of a plasticizer, wherein the polymer is a copolymer composed of 3-20 parts by weight of an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound and 97-80 parts by weight of an ethylenically unsaturated compound and at least 10 % of the carboxyl groups have been neutralized by an alkali metal compound, and the particles have a number-average diameter of 0.1-100 mu m. |
