The dispensing and applicator device (10) is shown having a first cover sheet (12), a second cover sheet (13), and a support sheet (14). The first and second cover sheets (12, 13) have peripheral surfaces (30, 31) extending completely around the first and second cover sheets (12, 13), respectively. Support sheet (14) has peripheral surfaces (32, 33) extending completely around the first and second surfaces (16, 17) of the support sheet (14). Integral with peripheral surfaces (12, 13) are flanges (60, 61) and integral with peripheral surfaces (32, 33) of support sheet (14) is flange (62). Flanges (60, 61 and 62) are used for gripping in order to separate first and second cover sheets (12, 13) from support sheet (14) to open the dispensing and applicator device (10). Applicator pads (20, 22) are attached to the surface of cover sheets (12, 13) by known techniques in the art. |
