<p>Mammalian IL-10 receptor subunits are provided, together with nucleic acids encoding various species variants of the subunits. Uses of the nucleic acids and receptor subunits are also provided, including methods for screening for agonists and antagonists of the receptor ligands, methods for producing diagnostic or therapeutic reagents, and methods for producing antibodies. Therapeutic or diagnostic reagents and kits are also provided.</p> |
