The converting circuit provides the controller of the monitoring system operation with a reset signal after inputting an initial input signal. The circuit comprises: a CPU (10) outputting the converted input signal and the strobe signal with a designated period by internal program; a WDT (14) generating the system reset signal if the strobe signal is not input within the planned monitoring time; an input converting unit (36) providing the strobe signal of WDT (14); an input converter converting the first control signal into the second control signal.
