The apparatus is arranged in which a second holder is secured to one side of a first holder to the other side of which a laser beam guide tube is attached, an X-Y moving member is mounted at the center of the second holder on which the moving support piece, elastically support rod and control lever are mounted, and a fixed cap having a concave mirror is fastened through a screw hole formed on the X-Y moving member, thereby easily controlling the optical axis of a laser beam.
