Pumping cassette with integral manifold

An integral disposable manifold and pump cassette (10), through which fluid is selectively pumped from a plurality of inlet tubes (28) to an outlet tube (30). First and second sheets (12 and 14) of flexible plastics material are sealed together to form between them a plurality of inlet channels (16), a main flow channel (18) and a flange (34) surrounding the inlet channels (16) and a main flow channel (18). The inlet channels (16) are sealingly connected in fluid communication with the inlet tubes (28), and the main flow channel (18) connects the inlet channels (16) in fluid communication with the outlet tube (30). The inlet channels (16) can be individually pinched closed to prevent fluid passage therethrough. The flange (34) facilitates the insertion and removable of the disposable manifold and pump cassette (10) to and from an infusion pump. The sheets (12 and 14) may be heat sealed together.
