The fabrication method includes the steps of forming the interval between one end of a pin and the hole, the interval being longer than the interval between the other end of the pin and the hole, inserting up and down and alternately a refrigerant pipe into the hole in the pin by the group of pins, fixing the pin to the refrigerant pipe after extending the refrigerant pipe, bending the refrigerant pipe with the fixed pin in zigzags and sloping the refrigerant pipe in zigzags by pushing both ends of the pin fixed to the refrigerator, thereby enhancing the refrigerating effectiveness.
