The vinyl flooring material is characterized by (a) forming foamed layers (2,5) on the upper and lower surfaces of the basic layer (1), (b) forming a printed layer (3) on the surface of the layer (2), and coating a surface transparent layer (4) on the layer (3) contg. 10-30 % bioceramic powder as a far infrared generation body. The layer (1) is composed of 20-40 % pulp, 20-40 % vinylacetate resin and 30 % ceramic powder, and the layer (2) is composed of 100 pts. PVC resin, 30-80 pts. plasticizer, 10-70 % ceramic, 1-10 pts. arodicarbon amide foaming agent, 1-10 pts. stabilizer and 1-5 pts. ZnO foaming accelerator. The vinyl flooring material gives a heat retaining and warmth effect for a human body.
