An acrylic resin composition which comprises a polyamide elastomer composed of a soft segment and a hard segment in a specified ration, an acrylic resin and, if necessary, an electrolyte, has an excellent permanent antistatic property and good clearness, and is extremely reduced in discoloration, inexpensive and extremely reduced in the deterioration of clearness even when immersed in water.
