The wheels are rollably supported by wheel support structure which is movably interconnected with the superstructure. The superstructure is rollably transportable when the wheel support structure and wheels are in an extended position. The carriage further includes a device for relocating the wheels concurrently between the extended position and a retracted position in the superstructure.
