PURPOSE:To supply flexible substrates to a supply position in a state in which no position shift occurs and supply them by conducting sure separation and realize the replenishment of them without stopping operation. CONSTITUTION:This supplier is equipped with a substrate housing means 2 on which plural flexible substrates 1 are to be accumulated; retaining means 6, 7 that retain flexible substrates 1 at the standby position 4 of the substrate housing means 2 and release retention at a supply position 5; and a movement means 8 to move the retaining means 6, 7 between the standby position 4 and the supply position 5. In addition, position shift is removed by providing at the halfway point of the movement route of the movement means 8 a substrate positioning means 3 equipped with a movable regulating member 12, and the retaining means 6 which is composed of plural retaining blocks 14, holds flexible substrates 1, and then, separates them by bending them by swinging part of the retaining blocks 14 by means of a swing drive means 15, and plural substrate housing portions 2 that are movable are provided at the standby position 4, and replenishment is carried out while operation is being conducted. |
