LIQUID DETERGENT COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid detergent composition having excellent detergency and good foaming properties and being less slimy and mild to the skin of hands. CONSTITUTION:This detergent composition comprises 1-30wt.% sugar ester surfactant comprising an ester of a 6-18 C fatty acid with a monoalkyl ether of a 5 or 6 C monosaccharide (e.g. methylglucose), 1-20wt.% anionic surfactant selected from among an alkylpolyethoxysulfate having the number of carbon atoms of the alkyl of 10-18 and the number of moles of ethylene oxide added of 2-7, a 10-18C alpha-olefinsulfonate and a 10-18C alkanesulfonate and 0.5-10wt.% alkylamine oxide.
