PURPOSE:To conduct refuse treating operations with high efficiency over the entire part thereof by disposing a manual screening section consisting of a refuse transporting conveyor and a screened refuse accepting section at a center and disposing a refuse- contg. large bag rupturing machine on the feed side of the transporting conveyor and a refuse-contg. small bag rupturing machine on the ejection side thereof, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The refuse bags (a) charged from the refuse cast port 2 of the large bag rupturing machine body 1 are transferred in an arrow X direction in a refuse bag transfer section 6 by the planar blade bodies 8 of an endless rotating body 7 and are ruptured while the planar blade bodies 8 pass between the respective planar blade bodies 5 of cylindrical moving arms 4. The refuse bags are in succession dropped from the terminal of the refuse transfer section 6 to the lower part of the refuse-contg. large bag rupturing machine body 1. The refuse bags are taken out by a refuse discharger 9 onto the refuse transporting conveyor 25a of the manual screening section 25 of the rear stage where the noncombustibles, bottles, etc., in the refuse are manually screened and are cast into a screened refuse accepting section 25. The remaining refuse is carried into the refuse-contg. small bag rupturing machine body 13 of the ensuing stage.
