PURPOSE:To provide a release paper having good adhesiveness to a base material and excellent in releasability. CONSTITUTION:A release sheet is obtained by providing a release layer consisting of a radiation curable resin and a thermosetting silicone resin on a base material and characterized by that the component of the radiation curable resin increases in the vicinity of the base material and the component of the silicone resin gradually increases toward the surface of the release layer. By this constitution, releasability is good and the adhesive with the base material is good and no rubbing-off is generated.
