<p>PURPOSE:To improve tackiness the surface, processability in the manufacturing process and hygienic qualities by forming a finely particulate polyethylene or polypropylene as a built-up layer on the surface of a rubber stopper main body molded from a specified rubber compsn. CONSTITUTION:This rubber stopper is prepd. by providing a finely particulate polyethylene or polypropylene as a built-up layer (a surface layer 1) on the surface of a rubber molded item (a rubber material part 2) contg. 60-90wt.% isoprene-isobutylene copolymer rubber and 3-50wt.% at least one selected from an ethylene-propylene copolymer and a polyethylene. In addition, such a rubber stopper as this is prepd. by a method wherein a turbid liq. of a finely particulate polyethylene or polypropylene with water or a solvent is applied on the surface of the rubber material part of the above described compsn. by coating or immersion,and then, it is dried to prepare a compounding rubber wherein a finely particulate layer is uniformly formed on the rubber surface and it is molded by vulcanization.</p> |
