<p>PURPOSE:To produce a microcapsule with the core sufficiently coated and excellent in mechanical strength, preservation property and flowability, a capsule toner capable of being charged almost irrespective of the environment and a liq.-core microcapsule without the diameter being fluctuated and which is safe and sanitary in high yield without need for a special production device. CONSTITUTION:The microcapsule and capsule toner contain a polymer consisting of a monomer capable of being polymerized by the reaction of the shell material with core material on the surface and an inorg. fine powder, and the polymer is chemically combined with the fine powder. An oleophilic core material is emulsified in an the medium in the presence of a monomer such as isocyante, halide and epoxy compd., a monomer such as polyamines and polyols and an inorg. fine powder having active hydrogen on the surface, and the monomers are polymerized on the surface of the oleophilic core material to produce the microcapsule.</p> |
