<p>PURPOSE:To perform a pinch trimming so that an excellent cut part is obtained. CONSTITUTION:A container 3 to be formed is formed to be shallower than a desired depth, and a marking 31 is graved on it. After that, the container 3 is further drawn, and is formed so that the marking 31 is situated on the cut part of a pinch trimming. After that, when a punch 1 is pressed, the blade tip of the punch 1 reaches the maring 31 of the container 3 to cut a flange part. Consequently, the flange part is not torn by the punch 1 and a die 2, and an excellent cut surface is obtained.</p> |
