PURPOSE:To stably polish articles to be polished whose shapes and thicknesses are different, in the optimum pressurizing center of gravity position without being affected by the shape of a work piece to be polished at high productive efficiency, and to enable the polishing process in which no auxiliary appliance for balancing in polishing is required and stabilized by good load balance. CONSTITUTION:A hole part 3 for receiving pressurization from a pressurizing shaft for pressing a article to be polished 5 is provided on the upper surface center area of a polishing plate, and the article to be polished 5 is attached on a polishing plate side surface 4 and polished while being slid on and brought in contact with a polishing disk 9 by being pressurized by the polishing plate upper surface center area. |
