PURPOSE:To provide a pressure sensitive copying paper for optical reading which has an excellent optical reading property for color images such as characters, numerals and bar codes, etc. CONSTITUTION:For the pressure sensitive copying paper which reads color images by the reaction between an electron donative coloring agent and an electron acceptable developer, by anoptical reading device, a micro-capsule which internally contains a solvent containing 1-50wt.%. preferably 5-30wt.% of paraffin oil in the total solvent to dissolve the electron donative coloring agent, is used. By this method, a pressure sensitive copying paper which has an excellent optical reading property can be obtained. |
