PURPOSE:To improve erection property of a brush rod and to make the bristle length adjustment proper by attaching a first rotary board on which the brush rod is raised and implanted to a stay erected on a second rotary board provided with a brush rod insertion hole, continuously rotating and moving up and down the second rotary board, so as to adjust the bristle length. CONSTITUTION:A second rotary board 4 is provided so as to be faced on a first rotary board 2 capable of being rotated and driven by raising and implanting a brush rod 1 formed by collecting and bundling an enormous member of brush element wires. An alignment hole 3 into which the brush rod 1 is inserted and a plurality of stays 5 parallel to the brush rod 1 are provided on the second rotary board 4, the brush rod 1 is inserted into the alignment hole 3, a guide hole 6 of the first rotary board 2 is attached on the upper end of the stays 5 so as to be slid freely, the second rotary board 4 is turned together with the first rotary board 2 and also the first rotary board 2 is contacted with the separation from the second rotary board 4, thereby the bristle length is adjusted. |
