PURPOSE:To smoothly rupture refuse bags with adequate bag rupturing force, to easily deliver the clogged refuse and to reduce the size of the device by providing a rotating blade body changed in mounting phase within a refuse bag cast hopper and making planar blade bodies, the bottom end blade parts of which are disposed to face between the planar blade bodies, and which are pivotally supported at the top ends cyclodal. CONSTITUTION:The refuse bags (a) cast into a refuse bag cast hopper 2 are ruptured by the planar blade bodies 3 of the rotating blade body 5 and the planar blade bodies 6, the bottom end blade parts 6a of which are disposed to face therebetween. The refuse is then dropped and is taken outside a bag rupturing machine body 1 by a refuse discharger 9. The planar blade bodies 3 of the rotating lade body 5 are mounted on a revolving shaft 4 by spirally changing mounting phases and, therefore, the bags are smoothly ruptured without acting undue bag rupturing resistance force thereon at one time. The bottom end blade parts 6a are moved outward by a cycloidal moving device 8 and are locked in the case the refuse bags (a) are clogged between the planar blade bodies 3 and 6. After the clogged refuse bags (a) are delivered, the bag rupturing operation is continued. The opposite spacings between the bottom end blade parts 6a and the planar blade bodies 3 are adjusted according to the sizes of the refuse bags (a). |
