PURPOSE:To obtain a DNA fragment, carrying the genetic information on a murine preproVIC(preprovasoactive intestinal contractor) polypeptide, having prescribed base pairs, excellent in vasoconstricting and erfteric constricting actions and useful for the medical and medicinal industry. CONSTITUTION:The objective DNA fragment carries genetic information on a murine preproVIC prepropeptide and has 1.4kb base pairs, a restriction enzyme map of formula I (E is EcoRI; X is XbaI; P is PstI; B is BamHI, etc.) and a base sequence of formula II. |
