PURPOSE:To suppress the occurrence of a seizure due to the abrasion of rolling elements and a cage. CONSTITUTION:A cage 5 made of polyimide resin is inserted on the inside of an outer ring 3 made of steel, balls 7 of a ceramic material mainly made of silicon nitride are inserted into pockets 5a of the cage 5, and an inner ring 9 made of steel is inserted on its inside. The balls 7 are made of a ceramic material, they are lightweight, they are not applied with large friction force, and they are excellent in abrasion resistance. The cage 5 is made of polyimide, and it rarely generates friction heat, reduces the fluidity of a lubricant, and generates abrasion dust. The polyimide constituting the cage 5 is not melted easily. |
