O/W TYPE EMULSION AND NUTRITIOUS COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: To provide a nutrient compsn. suitable to be used by non-oral medication and to provide its producing method. CONSTITUTION: An oil-in-water emulsion compsn. containing at least 10 wt.% lipid and at least 0.4 wt.% emulsifier compd. containing a specified ratio of phosphatidylcholine and phosphotidylethanolamine is prepared and sterilized. If required, a water containing amino acid source is added to the emulsion compsn. and sterilized to produce a nutrient compsn.
