PURPOSE:To improve straight advancing stability of a ship by automatically regulating a trim angle to a proper position. CONSTITUTION:When the number of revolution of an engine on the starboard side detected by a number of revolutions of engine on the starboard side signal detecting part 9 on the outboard motor side on the starboard side is equal or approximately equal to the number of revolution of an engine on the port side detected by a number of revolution of engine on port side detecting part 10 on the outboard motor 2 side on the port side and a handle for steering is in a straight advancing state based on a handle steering angle detected by a handle angle sensor 7, the trim angle of one outboard motor of the outboard motor 2 on the starboard side and the outboard motor on the port side is regulated by a control unit 30, through which the course of a small ship is brought into a straight advancing state. When the course is not brought into a straight advancing state, the trim angle of the another outboard motor is regulated to effect control such that the course of the small ship is brought into a straight advancing state. |
