PURPOSE:To efficiently recover high-purity gaseous CO or CO2, from a gaseous mixture having low gas concentration by adding a pressure equalization stage common to the pressure equalization stage of the other adsorption tower to an operation process having the respective stages of pressurizing, adsorption, washing and desorption of the adsorption tower. CONSTITUTION:In a first time cycle, pressure equalization before pressurizing an adsorption tower A is made common to pressure equalization before washing an adsorption tower C as a first pressure equalization stage. Pressure equalization after desorbing an adsorption tower B is made common to pressure equalization after washing the adsorption tower C as a second pressure equalization stage. Further in a second time cycle, pressure equalization before pressurizing the adsorption tower B is made common to pressure equalization before washing the adsorption tower A. Pressure equalization after desorbing the adsorption tower C is made common to pressure equalization after washing the adsorption tower A. Furthermore in a third time cycle, pressure equalization before pressurizing the adsorption tower C is made common to pressure equalization before washing the adsorption tower B. Pressure equalization after desorbing the adsorption tower A is made common to pressure equalization after washing the adsorption tower B. |
