PURPOSE:To provide a thermal transfer sheet having a good heat-resistant slip layer excellent in heat resistance, film forming properties or slip properties, improving the running properties of a thermal head and generating no wrinkles or damage in the thermal transfer sheet and not generating the trouble of a printer. CONSTITUTION:In a thermal transfer sheet wherein a thermal transfer colorant layer is formed on one surface of a base material sheet and a heat-resistant slip layer is formed on the other layer thereof, the slip layer consists of a thermoplastic resin, a release agent having an unsaturated double bond and a reaction product of a monomer or oligomer having two or more unsaturated double bonds. |
