PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure sensitive recording material wherein a discoloration into red by light of a black recording image is little and its color tone is pure black by a method wherein two kinds of compounds containing respectively specific diethylaminofluoran as an electron donative leuco pigment color reacting with an electron acceptive developer, are jointly used. CONSTITUTION:A pressure sensitive recording material uses coloring reaction of an electron donative leuco pigment with an electron acceptive developer. In that case, 2-(2,6-dimethylanilino)3-methyl-6-diethylaminofluoran (A) and 2-(2,4- dimethylaniline)-3-methyl-6-diethylaminofluoran (B) are jointly-used as the electron donative leuco pigment. Then, the A is used by 20-80wt.% of total electron donative leuco pigment. Further, the electron donative leuco pigment is enclosed in a microcapsule. Thereby, the pressure sensitive recording material wherein a color tone of a recording image is pure black and a discoloration into red of the black recording image is little, is obtained. |
