PURPOSE:To obtain a hardenable composition having excellent affinity for organism, shape imparting properties and <=20 minutes hardening time applicable to clinical uses in a composition comprising powder composed of calcium phosphates and a kneading solution by making phosphate ion concentration in the kneading substance <= a specific value. CONSTITUTION:This hardenable composition consists of a powder part comprising a mixture of at least one selected from a group composed of calcium hydrogenphosphate, calcium tertiary phosphate, octacalcium phosphate and calcium dihydrogenphosphate and at least one selected from calcium quaternary phosphate, calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide and a kneading solution having >=30 millimol phosphate ion concentration. In order to obtain this phosphate ion concentration, the kneading solution has preferably pH>=10 or <=3. |
