PURPOSE:To provide an electric corrosion-proof rolling bearing having an insulating film excellent in creep resistance at a high temperature and capable of preventing the reduction of the fastening force and insulation property. CONSTITUTION:An insulating film 5 made of a polyphenylene sulfide resin containing reinforcing fibers 6 is formed on the surface of the outer ring 3 of an electric corrosion-proof rolling bearing.
