PURPOSE:To provide a flat die by which a parison having an appropriate thick ness is easily obtainable and resin exchange can be performed smoothly. CONSTITUTION:Resin inflow ports 22 are opened at symmetrical positions, a manifold 25 which is ramified to the right and left in the circumferential diretion and bent in an extruding direction while reducing a sectional area of a passage is formed extending to the surface of a core metal 16 from the resin inflow ports 22 each is formed and this manifold 25 end and the other manifold 25 end through the other resin inflow port are allowed to meet respectively. This confluent part is opened and a dam lip part 28 forming a shallow passage along the circumferential direction of the core metal 16 is formed. A land part forming a passage which is shallower than a depth of the manifold 25 and is deeper than the dam lip part 28 is formed extending over the whole of a cylindrical passage. Furthermore, the dam lip possesses a die gap between cores constituting the core metal on the lower part of a die housing and is fitted with a die lower part plate 6 having horizontal dimensions larger than those of the die housing.
