FILM LAMINATE CORRUGATED CARDBOARD AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To prevent damage of a film and to prevent deterioration of moisture permeability by constituting at least one side of liner paper of the liner paper laminated with the film and providing a mold releasing agent layer on the outside surface of the film. CONSTITUTION:Liner paper 4 is formed by successively laminating a film layer and a mold releasing agent layer 3 on a liner 1. An one-sided corrugated cardboard sheet 6 is obtained by pressing and laminating the liner paper 4 and core paper 5 corrugated between the upper-step roll 7 of a single facer and the lower-step roll 8 through the press roller 9 of the single facer. Since the one-sided corrugated card-board sheet 6 is easily peeled from the roll by existence of the mold releasing agent, quantity of heat given from the roller 9 to the film layer 2 is small. Therefore the one-sided corrugated cardboard sheet 6 does not adhere to the roller by fusion of the film. The film of thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene, poly-propylene and polystyrene is shown as the concrete example of the film constituting the liner paper.
