摘要 |
PURPOSE:To carry out carbonylation of a meat pigment with enhanced safety and decreasing CO consumption as much as possible and to provide an apparatus therefor. CONSTITUTION:Exposure chambers 1 and 2 are alternately evacuated by a vacuum pump 7, thus CO is reused by moving it alternately to cause the pressure difference and the CO remaining in chambers 1 and 2 is released to the open air through an air opening line. Thus, a treatment cost is low as the CO consumption can be decreased as much as possible by recycled use of CO and the apparatus is safe as CO concentrations in the exposure chambers 1 and 2 are controlled under the safety limit through the air opening line C when foods are put in and taken out of the exposure chambers 1 and 2. |
