PURPOSE:To simplify heat source and to improve the safety of road traffic by providing the back of a signpost plate with heat reserving agent, and emitting heat reserved in daytime during low temperature such as at night and in the early morning to prevent the signpost plate from freezing. CONSTITUTION:Thermal insulating agent 4A, a heat reserving agent container 3, thermal insulating material 4 and a back plate 5 are laminatedly attached in order to the back of a signpost plate 1. Heat reserving agent 2 made through the gelation of ethylene glycol is received in a vessel 3. Next, in order to install a herring bone 10 on a boundary between a driveway and a sidewalk, the signpost plate 1 is adjusted in its position and attached to the horizontal section 7 of a pillar upper part through clamping metal fittings 9. Heat is collected from the signpost plate 1 during the daytime when the temperature of the air is high and transmitted to the heat reserving agent 2 for storing. When the temperature of the air lowers from night to the early morning, heat is emitted from the heat reserving agent 2 to the signpost plate 1. Thus snow accretion, condensation and freezing on the signpost plate 1 can be prevented, and structure and the execution of work can be simplified without using an electric heater or the like. |
