PURPOSE:To automate the packing work of a small spherical shape food by providing a counting means and throw-in means on the conveyor, and providing an elastic guide to erect the lid part of a pack, roller to temporarily close the pack, and a pressing means. CONSTITUTION:An empty pack 4 for which a main body 2 and a lid part 3 are connected, is fed by a conveyor 1 under a condition in which the lid part 3 is facing forward. A small spherical shape food 8 which is packed in the pack 4 is counted when the food 8 passes through a counting means 10, and throw in the pack main body 2 on the conveyor 1 by a throw-in means 22. At this time, for the throw-in means 22, an outlet 24 on the pack side is being rocked, the small spherical food 8 is evenly thrown in the pack main body 2. Since the pack 4 is fed with the lid part 3 being located forward following to the filling, an elastic guide 33 is pushed away by the main body 2 after erecting the lid part 3, and returns to the original condition after the main body 2 has passed by. The erected lid part 3 is temporarily closed by a roller 35, and then, is pressed to the main body 2 by a pressing means 37, and the main body 2 is totally closed. |
