<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet visually having a three-dimensional feeling, depth and excellent damage resistance by providing a first ultraviolet curable resin layer to which embossed patterns are applied on the pattern surface of a thermoplastic film and a second smooth transparent ultraviolet curable resin layer having a refractive index different from that of the first layer on the first layer. CONSTITUTION:A first transparent ultraviolet curable resin layer 3 requires a thickness of 100-200mum in order to provide parallax between the patterns 2 and embossed patterns 4 of a thermoplastic film 1. A second transparent ultraviolet curable resin layer 5 has a smooth surface in order to enhance the damage resistance of the layer 5 at the time of curing. At this time, a transparent film capable of permitting ultraviolet rays to sufficiently transmit is uniformly applied to the coated second ultraviolet curable resin layer 5 and irradiated with ultraviolet rays in this state to cure the resin layer 5 and, thereafter, the film is peeled.</p> |
