COMPOSITE ARTICLE OF PLASTIC CORRUGATED CARDBOARD AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To provide a composite article of plastic corrugated cardboard at a low cost wherein the same is easily recycled and has sufficient adhesive strength and also is free from contraction and deformation in a formed sheet. CONSTITUTION:A liner 3 constituted of molten polyolefine-based resin is welded on the uneven surface of an uneven sheet 2 constituted of polyolefine-based resin. Furthermore a formed sheet 4 is overlapped and welded on the surface of the liner 3 and these are laminated and integrated. The formed sheet 4 is constituted of propylene-based resin having a branched long chain as the base material.
