TREATING AGENT FOR SYNTHETIC FIBER

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a treating agent suitable for the efficient production of a synthetic fiber for industrial material required to have high tenacity and low shrinkage. CONSTITUTION:This treating agent contains (A) 50-80% smoothing agent composed mainly of an ester-based smoothing agent having a molecular weight of >=600, (B) 1-20% polymeric activation agent having a molecular weight of >=5,000 and exhibiting liquid state at 15 deg.C, (C) 0.1-5% polyphenylene ether and (D) <=35% nonionic activation agent having a molecular weight of >=600. The sum of (A), (B) and (C) is <=90%.
