<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate troubles caused by welding by abolishing welding in fitting a slide pin guiding the slide of a caliper body. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 3b is bored on a caliper bracket 3. The base end side of a slide pin 5 is formed into a large-diameter shaft section 5c larger in diameter than an insertion shaft section 5a on the tip side inserted into the pin through hole of a caliper body and longer than the through hole 3b. A release preventing flange 5d is formed on the outer periphery of the base end of the large-diameter shaft section 5c. The large-diameter shaft section 5c is coupled with the through hole 3b, the flange 5d is brought into contact with one side face of the through hole 3b, the tip side of the large-diameter shaft section 5c protruded from the through hole 3b is caulked outward, the caliper bracket 3 is pinched by the caulked portion and the flange 5d, and the slide pin 5 is fixed.</p> |
