PURPOSE:To provide the title production process whereby the shrinkage of cells can be prevented, the extrusion stability is high, and a foam of good adhesiveness can be produced. CONSTITUTION:The production process comprises adding 5-30wt.%, based on the total of volatile blowing agents, 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (HFC-134a) together with other volatile blowing agents to a mixture prepared by adding a shrinkage inhibitor comprising an aliphatic compound to a polyolefin resin and extrusion- foaming the obtained composition into a desired shape. Examples of the aliphatic compound which can be used include mono-and di-esters of a fatty acid with a polyalcohol, a mixture thereof, aliphatic amine and amide compounds and a mixture thereof. The amount of the compound is desirably in the range of 0.05-1.0 pt.wt. |
