PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION IN THE LIQUID CRYTAL DISPLAY

摘要

This is a new high transparency photosensitive resin composition for a color filter of a LCD which has good photo stability and heat stability. The photosenstive resin comprises: A) 30-80 wt.% of photo-crosslinkable acryl copolymer of formula (I); B) 10-30 wt.% of multifunctional acryl monomer of (II); C) 0.1-5 wt.% of photopolymerization initiator of (III); and D) red, green or blue pigment, and a pigment dispersing agent.
