PURPOSE:To secure the sealing and reduce the frictional resistance and wear by providing the outer opening part of a roof with a sealing member to be overlapped with the end part of a moving cover at the closed time, and providing this sealing member with a bulged part that can advance into a vertically overlapped position. CONSTITUTION:The rear par of a hood 4 for opening/closing the outer opening part 3 of a roof 2 is fixed to a rear frame 21 through a rear cover, and the front part of the hood 4 is mounted to a front cover 5 fixed to a slider 25 so as to form a movable cover. A sealing member 28 for sealing the space to the peripheral edge part of the hood 4 at the closed time is provided on the roof 2 side. The front part and lateral side parts of this sealing member 28 are fitted to the outer peripheral edge of the frame 21, and the front part and a holding part 28C provided along the whole periphery of the roof 2 and frame 21 are formed of a base part 28D covering the lateral side part upper face, a bulged part 28A, an auxiliary bulged part and a lip part. The bulged part 28A is to have such height as to be overlapped vertically in the position of being overlapped with the front end of a front cover 5 at the closed time. The sealing has been secured, and the frictional resistance and wear have been reduced. |
