PURPOSE:To obtain a feed prepared by the use of bean curd refuse and having increased digestibility and absorbability and high feed efficiency to achieve the early increase of body weight and to provide a process for producing the feed. CONSTITUTION:This feed is composed of bean curd refuse fermented with a natural yeast. The feed preparation process comprises the use of bean curd refuse as a raw material and the fermentation of the refuse with a natural yeast to form a feed. |
